I contacted Kathryn at the start of the school holidays, I had a deadline of 31st October to sell our house and move into another. Kathryn was just fantastic and rose to the challenge.
As an independent agent, she works pretty much all the time! She was so professional and really proactive. Her service was second to none and nothing was too much trouble.
If we were going to sell again, we’d definitely use Kathryn and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

If you don’t want to use a ‘chain’ estate agent, but are worried about using an ‘online only’ agency to sell your house in the Morpeth area of Northumberland I wholeheartedly recommend Kathryn Kent. My husband and I recently purchased a home where Kathryn was the seller’s agent and can honestly say she was excellent.

I’d say Kathryn provides a highly personalised and professional service and we were really grateful that she went above and beyond to help when there were a few scary moments in our chain. She kept in touch regularly and was always available to answer any queries or to find solutions for problems.
